About the offer

Offer Period: (February 20, 2017 – March 31, 2017)

• Place three or more orders of minimum Rs. 500 each on www.amazon.in or its mobile application/site thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") using Amazon Pay balance during the Offer Period and get 10% off. 
• The cashback is applicable on the cumulative value of all Amazon Pay balance transactions during the offer period (subject to offer conditions being met). 
• Orders paid only using Amazon Pay balance with no other payment instruments included will only be eligible for the offer. 
• Only one order per day is eligible for the offer. 
• The customer will receive the cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance, which would be credited to their Amazon.in account by April 30, 2017. 
• The total cashback is subject to a maximum sum of Rs.200 for all customers and Rs.300 for Prime registered customers.

How does the Offer work?

1.I have placed 2 orders for more than Rs.500 each using Amazon Pay balance. Am I eligible for the offer?

Answer- No, you are not eligible because you need to place three or more orders of Rs. 500 each using Amazon Pay balance during the Offer Period to be eligible for the Offer. You can place one or more order of Rs.500 or above using Amazon Pay balance before 31st March in order to be eligible for the Offer.

2.I have placed 3 orders during the Offer Period for a total of Rs.1500, and the following are the details –

Order 1 – Rs.650 (paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance) 
Order 2 – Rs.550 (paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance) 
Order 3 – Rs.300 (paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance) 
Am I eligible for the Offer? 
Answer-No, you are not eligible for the Offer because the value for each of the 3 orders needs to be Rs.500 or above. You can place one or more order of Rs.500 and above using Amazon Pay balance before 31st March in order to be eligible for the Offer.

3.I have placed 3 orders in the offer duration for a total of Rs.2200, and the following are the details –

Order 1 – Rs.650 (paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance)

Answer-Yes, you are eligible for the Offer. You will get Rs.200 back as cashback if you are not a Prime customer. If you are a Prime customer you will get Rs.300 cashback.

4.I have placed 3 orders during the Offer Period for a total of Rs.2000 and the following are the details–

Order 1 – Rs.650 (paid Rs.500 using Amazon Pay balance, Rs.150 using net banking) 
Order 2 – Rs.550 (paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance) 
Order 3 – Rs.800 (paid Rs.550 using Amazon Pay balance, Rs.250 using credit card) 
Am I eligible for the Offer? What is the cashback value that I will get? 
Answer-No, you are not eligible for the Offer, as the payment for all 3 eligible orders needs to made entirely with Amazon Pay balance and cannot be combined with other payment methods. Orders placed with partial payment using any other payment method are not eligible.

(a) Shop on www.amazon.in or its mobile application/site thereof ("collectively, "Amazon.in") using your Amazon Pay balance to avail 10% cash back as Amazon Pay balance, upon successfully placing 3 or more orders for Rs.500 or above during the offer period (as defined herein below). The cashback will be credited to the eligible customer's Amazon.in account in the form of Amazon Pay balance to the tune of:- 
(i) Up to a maximum amount of Rs.300 for Prime customers 
(ii) Up to a maximum amount of Rs.200 back for all customers 
(b) To be eligible for the Offer the customer needs to– 
(i) Place 3 or more orders on Amazon.in during the offer period – 20th February, 2017 to 31st March, 2017; 
(ii) Value for each order is more than Rs.500; and 
(iii) Each order is paid entirely using Amazon Pay balance and not by combination of payment methods.

3.What is the minimum transaction size for the cashback for the duration of the event?

The minimum amount for each of the three transactions to avail cashback is Rs.500 on Amazon.in net of refunds and cancellations. Therefore, the minimum amount for the 3 orders placed during the Offer Period is Rs.1,500.

4.What is the maximum cashback that I can avail?

The maximum cash back per Amazon.in customer is Rs.300 for Prime customers and Rs.200 for all customers, across the 3 or more orders placed during the Offer Period.

5.Is cashback under this Offer applicable on credit and debit cards?

No, the Offer is only applicable to amounts spent for purchases using Amazon Pay balance during the Offer Period.

6.Can I avail cashback on credit card on EMI?

No.

7.My Amazon.in order includes Amazon.in Gift Card(s); will I be eligible for cashback under this Offer? Is the Offer applicable on purchase of all products?

No, the cashback under this Offer is not applicable on purchase of the following:-

(a) Amazon.in Gift Card(s);

(b) Samsung mobile and tablet devices, except for Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro and Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro mobile devices;

(c) Annual Paid Prime membership;

(d) Gold & precious Jewellery items (including silver, diamond, platinum);

(e) orders placed on Amazon Now app, and

(f) Bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs). 
Hence, if your order(s) contain any of the above, your cashback under this Offer will be the amount net of the amount towards the above items, subject to the minimum transaction amount.

8.My payment failed while placing the order; will I be eligible for the cashback under this Offer?

10.What if i cancel the order?

If you cancel any order prior to receiving the cashback you will not receive the cashback. 
If you cancel the order post receiving the cashback, the cashback will be blocked from usage. 
If cancellation of order(s) reduces the number of eligible Amazon Pay orders in the offer period to below 3, then you will not be eligible for the cashback

11.When will I get the cashback?

The applicable cashback under this Offer will be credited to the eligible customer’s Amazon.in account in the form of Amazon Pay balance latest by 30th April, 2017.
